Types of Tx-01.png

Drs. Ross and Laura Pulver are specialists in creating beautiful, healthy smiles. They are proud to be up-to-date on the latest in orthodontic treatment and use an iTero digital scanner to digitally capture the structure of the teeth and gums. It is this mentality that embraces technology which leads to a cutting-edge diagnosis and treatment in order to give you your best smile in the shortest time. Drs. Ross and Laura Pulver have a thorough understanding of tooth movement and growth of the face and jaws. They are able to successfully treat many dental issues, such as crossbites, overbites, underbites, jaw imbalance, crowded teeth, gapped teeth, protruding teeth, and impacted teeth.

With custom 3D-printed brackets and a fully integrated digital platform for monitoring your progress, LightForce enables a faster treatment experience for both teens and adults. Every LightForce treatment plan is individually designed based on your unique tooth shape, jawline, and facial structure, enabling a perfect fit throughout the straightening process. Spend less time in the orthodontist’s chair, and more time living your life.

LightForce offers:

  • Efficient Treatment (thanks to braces designed to exactly match your teeth)

  • Ideal Results (thanks to digital treatment planning)

  • Perfect Fit (thanks to digital scans, perfectly-fitting braces)

Unlike braces, this form of orthodontic treatment does not rely on a system of brackets and wires. The Spark™ Clear Aligners system is made up of a series of fully customized, clear trays called aligners that are nearly invisible and completely removable. When worn the recommended 20-22 hours per day, and changed out weekly as prescribed, these aligners will gradually move your teeth into the desired positions.

Spark™ Clear Aligners are built with TruGEN, the latest innovation in orthodontic material. TruGEN offers better force retention, better contact, and more effective tooth movement throughout treatment compared to other leading aligner companies. Based on clarity and comfort, 96% of patients prefer Spark Clear Aligners to the leading aligner brand!

A major benefit of receiving orthodontic treatment in childhood is that it is possible to take advantage of the body’s growth process. The top jaw develops from two separate halves that do not completely fuse together until sometime after puberty. Before that happens, the two bones can be separated and stabilized over a period of several months with an expander. Although this may sound scary, it's really quite easy — both to do and to tolerate. Sometimes this is necessary to prevent crowding, guide permanent tooth eruption, and/or resolve crossbites.

Our expanders are custom designed and fabricated for each patient. They are designed from the 3D scan taken during the complimentary consultation and direct metal printed in chrome cobalt. There is no need to fit bands or place separators between the teeth (which is the most uncomfortable process of having an expander). Now we skip that process!! We love to use technology to help our patients achieve the best results with the most ease and comfort.
